About Higher Lower Game
Higher Lower Game is a free online number-guessing game. Each round gives you one visible value and a second item, then asks a simple question: is the hidden number higher or lower? The aim is to make a thoughtful call, see the answer, and improve your next guess. There is no account, download, or sign-in requirement.
Three ways to play
Endless is the classic streak mode: a correct answer continues the run and a wrong answer ends it. The Daily Challenge uses the same ten questions for everyone on a given date, so you can return for a shared set. Blitz puts the comparison under a 60- or 120-second timer; wrong answers cost time rather than ending the game. Each mode offers the same core choice with a different pace.
Topics to compare
Browse all game categories, or jump directly to Country Population, Country Area, Population Density, Country GDP, GDP per Capita, Life Expectancy, Movie Ratings, Google Searches, YouTube Subscribers, Spotify Monthly Listeners, Instagram Followers, Most Visited Websites, TV Series Ratings, Company Market Cap, Movie Box Office, Football Transfer Value, Billionaire Net Worth, Twitch Followers, Fast Food Calories, Animal Speed, Pokémon Base Stats, Anime Ratings, Steam Reviews, NBA Career Points, Skyscraper Height, Planet & Moon Size, Car Horsepower, Animal Weight, Roblox Game Visits, or LEGO® Piece Count. The subjects range from country facts and entertainment to search behaviour, public subscriber counts, and animal speed. Categories are separate games, so you can follow a familiar interest or try a topic where your instincts need a little work.
Where the figures come from
Every category page names a source and reference date. The sets are curated snapshots rather than live statistical services, which gives each comparison a stable answer. Some values are estimates: for example, Google Trends reports relative interest rather than official absolute search volume, and public subscriber counts can change after a snapshot is assembled. The category page explains these limits where they matter, so the game does not present a changing figure as a current fact.
Editorial picks and personal scores
Some categories include editor-selected pairs, and the Records and Surprising Pairs pages show editorial challenge or surprise scores. Those numbers are curation labels, not player statistics, leaderboards, or predictions of difficulty. Your Endless, Daily, and Blitz results are saved locally in your browser. Clearing browser site data removes them.
Analytics and contact
When configured on the deployed site, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity help us understand visits and gameplay interactions. Analytics events can include a category, mode, and final score, but they are not an account or public score system. Read the Privacy Policy for the full explanation.
